To secure an appointment with Jessica Marie a £50 deposit is required. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

All deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.

For all bookings, Jessica Marie requires a minimum 7 days notice to cancel or change the appointment.

Any bookings cancelled or changed within this 7-day notice period will lose the deposit and will need to pay a new deposit to rebook the appointment.

You are entitled to reschedule your appointment a maximum of two times, regardless of the circumstances.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment and give requested notice of a cancellation or rearrangement will waive your rights to using your deposit towards a new appointment.

A Touch Up session is required 4 - 8 weeks after the initial treatment and will be booked at the end of your first session. The 7 day notice period applies if this appointment needs to be rescheduled or you fail to turn up.

If the touch up session exceeds 8 weeks it will be chargeable as a Colour Boost / Top Up session. Please refer to my price list for more information.

Your appointment will be held for 15 minutes. Any longer than this it may not be possible to carry out the treatment, in which case your deposit will be lost.

Clients should attended solo. Under no circumstances can pets or children under the age of 16 be accommodated.

A patch test is essential and must be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please make sure to provide your address when booking an appointment.

Prices for Top Up / Colour Boosts are for returning clients only.

Clients will be required to fill out Health / Consent forms prior to every treatment.
