POLICIES

  • To secure an appointment with Jessica Marie a £50 deposit is required. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • All deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.

  • For all bookings, Jessica Marie requires a minimum 7 days notice to cancel or change the appointment.

  • Any bookings cancelled or changed within this 7-day notice period will lose the deposit and will need to pay a new deposit to rebook the appointment.

  • You are entitled to reschedule your appointment a maximum of two times, regardless of the circumstances.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment and give requested notice of a cancellation or rearrangement will waive your rights to using your deposit towards a new appointment.

  • A Touch Up session is required 4 - 8 weeks after the initial treatment and will be booked at the end of your first session. The 7 day notice period applies if this appointment needs to be rescheduled or you fail to turn up.

  • If the touch up session exceeds 8 weeks it will be chargeable as a Colour Boost / Top Up session. Please refer to my price list for more information.

  • Your appointment will be held for 15 minutes. Any longer than this it may not be possible to carry out the treatment, in which case your deposit will be lost.

  • Clients should attended solo. Under no circumstances can pets or children under the age of 16 be accommodated.

  • A patch test is essential and must be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please make sure to provide your address when booking an appointment.

  • Prices for Top Up / Colour Boosts are for returning clients only.

  • Clients will be required to fill out Health / Consent forms prior to every treatment.
